He dresses the orange clothes in the original series, the joker costume which is in the form of orange jacket and trousers with red tie and shirt beneath. I find that there are a lot of cosplayers portraying Giovanni dressing the orange outfit while little wearing the other suits that Giovanni has in Pokemon.
